lol.

But to be fair, no way is Sasha's shot better than Bryants left handed one.

took kobe several attempts, thats like 3 points off of the execution score. plus, sasha's backwards shots are vastly superior.

Do I need to tell my Sasha story again? ok....

So there I was..at a LAL v. DAL game in DAL, sitting in a box seat about 30 minute before the game. Watching warm ups.
Sasha was talking to Pavel P... and shooting some 3's at the top of the arc...nailed 3 in a row in casual conversation with Pavel... then switched to left and nailed 3 straight... impressive.
Cheers. — Mags

I'll take the left handed, one handed, stand still shot easily. Anyone can learn how to adjust to hit a two handed backwards shot in a fair amount of time, while mastering Kobe's shot is a lot more difficult since you're going to actually have to do some strength training just to get to the rim with your off hand. Sasha's shot was impressive though.

No lie here, but i actually made 3 backward shots in a row from about 25 feet (further than 3pt line, not quite half-court).

Granted I only did that onece (with only about 5 missed shots before all 3 dropped in a row), but theyre not as hard as they seem.

^I agree. It's Sasha's accuracy that's scary. Kobe is amazing, but given a number of tries he can surely calibrate either hand to do whatever distance...whereas the Machine was programmed for nothing but net.

Found this shot: how do you guys think it stacks up?

Funny, since this thread is solely based on 4 online videos.

But for real though, I cant tell if youre actually being serious about your "the proof is in the video. zero misses" comment, or if youre just playing off of the "The Machine" nickmane.

thread is not solely based on 4 online videos. phil 2.0 has a first hand account on sasha's excellence. we also have your account of shooting backwards but no one can confirm that.

:D

my real purpose was to shine some light on the greatness that is elie seckbach's interviews.

hah.

But that closing sentence, I think we can all submit to the greatness than is Elie Seckback.

Dudes got some clutch swagger! His team is up by 18pts, and the guy gets rejected after tryna shoot a jumper with 10sec left.

Then, gets teh ball back, and drains a jumper with 4sec left in the game (now a 20pt game mind you).

Guys got killer instincts!
