May want to win the world series first before trying to rub it in.....and I don't mean 2002. You are almost getting as bad as Boston fans. Please don't give So Cal that kind of name...at least win graciously.

Yes Congrats you guys won your AL West..Big Deal the Dodgers NEVER put up division banner nor do we care about the Angels as the Angels fans seem to always want to care about us.

I don't mind being the classy fan....this is classic Little brother trying to crave attention because people have been paying attention to Big Brother their whole entire lives.

With that said...good luck to your team trying to do your thing as we have our own thing to do.

BTW Angels thread isn't the only place that doesn't get any love....there is not a single soul posting in the Dodgers thread either...Is it realgm?

I wouldn't put up division banners either if I won the NL Worst either. On a side note, yea it is realgm. This place is definitely a basketball site. If you venture off to the other sports forums its pretty dead. Which is why you'll get more responses if you post it here as an Off Topic thread as opposed to trying to get someone to talk about it over there. BTW. Frankie got his 57th save today. Tied Thigpen's record :rock:

Also, the Dodgers are 3.5 games above the Diamondbacks. Looks like if they just stay above 500 they'll be in. Should be a good year in post season baseball for So Cal. 8-)

The NL west is crazy. Just 2 weeks ago we were 4.5 back so all it takes is a losing streak and both Ari and LA has proven they can lose 6-8 in a row. As long as there are games to be played the NL westis still up for grabs.

Yeah everyone keeps saying how we play in a sub 500 division but if we get in anything can happen. I will apologize the minute the 2006 St. Louis Cardinals say sorry.

Even the hawks took bos to 7 games. Diff sports but same concept...sort of.

It is baseball and football season. People should post more about their respective teams. There is nothing going on in bball yet. Phil go recruit more LOL.

Yea, the NL West is definitely crazy. A few weeks ago, the Dodgers lost 7 or 8 games in a row and looked out of the playoff hunt. Now they are 3.5 games in first and are playing some decent ball right now. They just put a 7-2 beat down on Colorado today to hold onto their lead. Hopefully this is going to be a good year in sports for me. Lakers, Angels, USC, and Miami Dolphins. <--- I know it's weird. But if we win 2 games this year I'll see it as an improvement from our 1-15 debacle from last year. 8-)
