Right now I'll take all the W's as they come our schedule gets Horrendous come February & March. We only 9 home games & 29 road games during that stretc & if you count the 1st game of April it's 30. So we will be a very road tested team come playoff time. That's the plus, the minus is that will either make us or break us on having a record setting season

Hey Worthy we really appreciate your record keeping pic. As long as we have a chance to break that record would you please include that in the game threads. It just makes it more interesting bud.

JO is expected to play. He's been saving himself for this game.
I consider this one of those "trap" games. The Raptors are better than what their record shows. Bargnani is starting to play well (consistently). Anthony Parker is a solid defender and will have most of the duties to chase Kobe around all night.
If Farmar is in this game against Jose Calderon, he has to attack him off the dribble. Jose is still recovering from a hammy injury, and it's REALLY affected his perimeter defense.
Bosh is the MVP right now so far in the season. He is playing brilliantly right now, and I think he's going to give Pau and Andrew fits. We have to force JO to take contested jumpers, and just hope he's off. Because when he's on, it really helps their team in a big way.
I watch a lot of Raptors, so I got them pretty covered. This is going to be a tough game.

Their bench is also a huge part of their team. When they play well, the Raptors win. When they don't play well and the onus is on the starters, they struggle. Our second unit has to outplay them and not let Kapono/Graham/Humphries go off.

that is true, i would say we are better then our record shows because of some of the really close games we lost but i honestly cant remember the last time we beat the lakers ( i remember us beat the spurs,Celtics last year)

Its true that the Raps are better than their record shows (but we've been using that since last season). JO is a go, I can't wait to see the matchup of top frontcourts in the league.
Bosh vs. Pau should be good, but Bosh is on another level.
JO vs. Bynum is interesting, JO shut down Howard to 18/9 (which is way below his average) so it'll be interesting to see how he does against another beastly center.
Bargnani is starting for us at SF, and he's really been finding his way and stringing together good games.
The Lakers are on an elite level, arguably higher than every other team.
With that being said, Lets go Raptors!

Depends on how many quarters the lakers actually wanna play. Last game we played a good 2 quarters. One of these days we will play a whole 48 minutes.

Good luck brah!

The best team in the league. I really hope your team smashes the Bulls record for most wins and I think you guys could do it. One of the best benches in the league along with one of the best players in the league and one of the best PF-C combos in the league, you guys are damn right scary.
I'm rooting for you guys to also win the championship just like last season. I hate the Celtics.
On the other hand, Lets go Raptors!
