So it looks like Lakers players and coaches had a closed door meeting where they aired out stuff and talked about their commitment to defense and all that stuff with each other.

I mean. It seems like we're doing all the right things. A few weeks ago Fisher called a players only meeting to try and help our lackadaisical play. (to which we almost loss the next game to Minny) Then we had a closed door meeting to try and get everyone on the same page after we blow 2 games in a row. To which we still came out flat and almost lost to Memphis. It seems to me that we are doing all the right things, our players do generally get a long and have good chemistry. During our run last year in the playoffs the team got together and had dinner to watch the other playoff games that were going on. It seems that we have all that extra good team chemistry stuff. But we're still coming up short. It just might be a personnel problem. I think we are one minor to medium adjustment away from being Legitimately DOMINANT. A Lamar trade could be very beneficial to shake things up a bit and re inject some spark into our lineup.
