looks like bynum is a lock at the C position in the allstar game...most likely coming off the bench for yao and shaq

I don't think even Shaq is a lock for the ALl Star Game. Yao will be voted starter alongside Tim Duncan and then I see a glut of PF/Cs that could get selected to the reserves ahead of Bynum & SHaq.
Amare/Nowitzki/Gasol/Boozer/Al Jefferson/LMA.. come to mind.

i don't think Bynum has a shot at the all-star game...Shaq would go ahead of him. Not to mention PF/C players such as Amare, Gasol, Al Jefferson, etc

Yeah, Shaq will be their but no Bynum...Yao, Shaq, Amare, Gasol, Dirk, Duncan, even Zach Randolph has played some really good ball along w/ Al Jeff.

I don't see how he's an all star this season. Maybe in the East...but not here.

He missed his chance. He got his money and has been giving an average effort.
People love comeback stories. Look at Amare. If Bynum put up 15 and blocked shots and rebounded with passion he would be there.
He was paid too soon when the Lakers had his bird rigths.
Players play hard in contract years... the Lakers would surely win in a contract year w/ LO and Drew. Drew hasnt progressed as well because HE GOT PAID!!!!!!!!!!!
