"I was hoping it was going to get better, but it's gotten worse the more I've done on it," Walton said. "Just walking around makes it hurt pretty bad. I'm going to see the specialist tomorrow, and hopefully with a couple days of medicine and staying off it, it will get better."

i've officially given up any expectations of luke other than always dealing with foot/ankle problems. yup, took me this long.

I didnt know bad feet were hereditary. Him and bill are probably somewhere smiling and eating the biggest steaks in LA, after burning us for that contract with them weak azz feet.

Walton's foot wasn't used to that much playing time :D Anyone else see this as a good thing? I liked our lineup with Ariza starting.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Luke's injuries are hereditary and he will never be healthy just like his father. He'd be lucky to tough out some runs here or there, but he cannot be our starter, should not be our starter, and likely will have to retire very early... possibly before even his horrible contract is up. I'd rather have a medical exception on his cap number than have him play again.

Bynum missed him last night. No one feeds the bigs like Luke does.

Double D you stole the words right outta my mouth. He's done here but with a jacked up foot how in the hell are we going to move him now ?

how would mike miller be as a replacement for this nincompoop?
yeah he has no D, but hr can pass and his shot is a killer, especially complimenting kobe driving in the lane and kicking it out to miller.

Its true. Luke is good at feeding bigs. Even now Shaq has nothing but great things to say about the younger Walton.
