Day to day is good but who knows when he will be ready. Odom hurt that same knee 2 years ago at Houston and was out awhile. I mean Paul Pierce is the only guy that heals from knee injuries within 5 minutes and shows no effect. Odom should call Pierce for some advice right now.

Right karma does come back. One day Pierce will hurt his knee for real and nobody on the court will pay attention since he has proven he can heal right away. Sucks to be him when it happens.

This is great news. Our next 3 games are very winnable (@GSW, IND, MIA) even without Lamar, so as long as he's back for the Texas trip we'll alright.

Great news. I'd even sit him out Friday night's game, possibly Sundays.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Tests showed Lamar Odom's right knee injury is not serious, and the Los Angeles Lakers forward is day to day.

Odom, injured late in the second quarter of Tuesday night's 116-105 loss to New Orleans, was examined by team physician Dr. Steve Lombardo on Wednesday. An MRI revealed a bone bruise in the knee.

Odom didn't travel for Wednesday night's game at Golden State, but could return as early as Friday when the Lakers host Indiana.

Thank God.

I doubt it. The last time we faced the Warriors he wasn't much of a factor, and this time around they won't have S-Jax (not that he was much of a factor either).

Kobe and Bynum had nice games last time against GS and I think Pau will be looking for a little retribution tonight (and he shouldn't be the only one), so if there ever was a game to miss this would be it.

Now watch us lay an egg.

Great news! We saw first-hand just how valuable LO is the fourth quarter. Before I get bombarded with comments about other reasons why we lost, I'll say that I think LO's absence was ONE reason we lost.

When the Hornets began doubling Kobe as soon as he touched the ball, we didn't have anyone else step as a playmaker. We settled for 3's (but they were wide open so cant find too much fault in that) and unfortunately missed most of them. No one else was able to get to the basket. Frustrating.

I heard he was stabbed 3 times and it was with a butter knife and that was after he tried to fake an injury at Dennys.
I heard he try to claim that there was a wet spot on the floor and he slipped on it trying to sue Dennys for a Grand Slam breakfast and the manager got mad at him and stabbed him 2 times and the dish washer ran out from the back got into it as well and stabbed him once.
I will forward a link later............ But I think if you search google for want to be famous ball players faking injuries, you will comes up with 6,345,290 results found with Paul Pierces name....
By the way I heard G.M made a special ride for him........ heres a spy shot of his new ride.

Superman isn't gay.

Boston Celtics Paul Pierce Stabbed at Boston Nightclub

KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Another athlete in the news, this news -- news conference that just happened. Moments ago, Boston Police Department, Mary Ellen Burns, briefed reporters with regard to the stabbing of Boston Celtics player Paul Pierce.

We're going to take a listen.

QUESTION: Neighbors around there say, typically, that club is not opened on Sunday nights; that would be unusual.

BURNS: I don't know. I do know that the club operates under different names, different nights of the week, because when we, kind of, brought it up, it comes out as different names, so, apparently there are different nights stipulated for different types.

BURNS: I understand that also it's a gay club.
