Not everyone can play in the Tri-Off

I understand you guys want to sure up the SF and PG spots but you guys have to realize that NO ONE can pick up the Triangle Offense that quickly. I've heard speculation about Hinrich, Steve Blake, Luther Head...by the time these guys even understand 1/100th of the offense...Jordan will be back.
As for the SF spot. There aren't many guys out there that we could sign/trade for.
Houston is not giving us Battier
Gerald Wallace will require letting up Odom
The guy I think could help the most is Devean George. He's an easy upgrade over both Luke and Vlad.
Bring Ariza off the bench and give him more minutes then Devean but atleast we know he knows the offense and he can still shoot.
OR
Eduardo Najera for Chris Mihm??

Lol at George. Didn't we let him walk b/c of our log jam at the 3? How is it any different now? We won't be able to get rid of Vlad or Luke for him, so are you proposing we just add another average at best SF to our roster?

It's a 1 for 1 trade with Chris Mihm. both are expiring contracts and we save $900,000 this year which is really 1.8 Mil because of the Luxury Tax.
It makes sense financially (which most of the people on here forget about) AND We get a SF for the 2nd half of the season that I feel more confident with. So Laugh all you want but I think it could actually work

I didn't see anything about Mihm in your post before, maybe you added it or more likely I just stopped reading after Devean...
I like your idea of Najera (not sure of his salary though), but giving up a big (which are always valuable trading chips) for Devean is ROFL funny. Also, I don't think Najera would see much PT with LO around, so I don't quite see the point there.

My only problem with Najera is that he has a 4 year contract. I don't think we want him for that long

I've been preaching this for years vinny........................yes it is a complicated offense but once you learn it it's an offense you can excel in.

Lue or Pargo. Do it, Mitch.
