best case scenario, hyper-extended knee

in which case he'll be about a week

He deserve to get injury after that elbow he gave Wallace. Now I am glad he didn't get suspended.

Lakers’ Bynum leaves game with knee injury

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP)—Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum left the game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the first quarter Saturday night with a sprained right knee.

Lakers officials said X-rays were negative and further tests will be done Sunday in New York. The Lakers play the Knicks on Monday night.

The injury occurred at about the 7-minute mark of the first quarter under the Lakers’ basket. Kobe Bryant was drove to the basket, missed the shot and crashed into Bynum’s right leg. Bynum immediately grabbed his knee.

The two were on the ground under their basket as the Grizzlies went to the other end. After Los Angeles gained possession, they called time out. Bynum was helped to the locker room with Los Angeles leading 13-11.

Bynum missed the final 46 games of last season with a left knee injury he suffered against Memphis on Jan. 13, 2008.

Pain is a good signal?? s_g_b...can you elaborate on that one plse...becuz that makes no damn sense... I see a guy dying on the floor after a 200 pound man ran into his knee and you say its good that he was in pain? Do you mean to say that it's good because he now knows he's alive? or do you mean to say that when you fukup your knee you are not supposed to feel pain?
