IMO the only reason corn rows were ever popular, especially in sports, was because of AI. Who sported the corn rows better, than AI ? No one. They were always tight too.

When Carmelala cut hers, it was a little surprising, but was never worthy of a new thread topic. Whatever, Carmelala cut her corn rows, she doesn't play any D, no one cares.

AI, IMO, made the fashion statement at least for the NBA and was a large reason it was popular look in society as well.

They had a little announcement on it on tv during the all star game. Said it was because of his wife and kids. They told him it's time to change. Then i believe lebrone or someone said he looked like a 10 yr old lol.
