lol, that guy is Cabbie and he is a character he works for The Score (a Toronto sports channel). They have many other interviews, I do not know why Kobe likes him but they have done some funny stuff in the past. I will try to post other interviews he has and will do with Kobe.
And yes we do find him annoying sometimes.

It's all apart of the act, Tony. I watch all of his stuff since I live in Canada, and in other things he's real cool with the players of all leagues and everything. Most reporters like him the most because he doesn't come with the usual, boring ish.
And as much as this thing with Kobe is an interview.. it's also like a mini-movie they've had going on for a couple years. Cabbie's just playing his part, as is Kobe. It's a joke thing.
