Last 20 games. Lakers have played 62 of 82.

Seconding 66-16, losing 1 to Portland (Blazers own the Lakers in the Rose Garden), Detroit (toughest game on that 7 game road trip), Houston (they're getting pretty good again, they could avoid a season sweep), and Charlotte (just can't beat 'em, and the Lakers are bound to lose one of these against a sub-par opponent).

However, if the Lakers can secure HCA throughout the playoffs with a couple games remaining, they would have the opportunity to rest the important guys (or hold them to limited minutes) AND give the second string some valuable playing time in meaningless games.

Even without the starters, the Lakers could potentially beat Memphis on a good day.

The Lakers will finish strong as they usually do. That's my optimistic guess, as I know that they'll have some slumps in March. Also, I know that the final record shows everything, but I hate the fact that this team is unable to put up a double digit winning streak ! :(

This seems like the most likely senario, then again the Lakers lost to the Bobcats at home and then proceeded to go 6-0 on a tough road trip where NOBODY expected them to do so. So who knows what they're going to do.

67-15. Could be 16 losses with a possible loss at Portland tonight. I have a weird feeling about this one.

I say 16-4. They'll lose to someone they aren't supposed to at least once.

14-6/13-7

All of our home games are winnable, but some of those roadies are nightmares. At least six brutal games, starting with the immediate 3-game road trip.

With 19 games left at this point and a long road trip on the schedule I see us finishing 14-5 or at best 15-4. Lol @ those saying we will win out. We look like a tired team and a lot of guys are in bad slumps or just are not playing well. (Odom, Ariza, Fisher)

It depends on how the Cavs and Celts do

Lakers edge home court throughout

Everytime the East top team loses a game the Lakers relax and lose one shortly after.
