Lakers second round pick

The Lakers get a second round draft pick from the Hornets for the Kareem Rush trade a few seasons ago. I was looking on NBADraft.com and they do not have the Lakers name beside it. It is #41 as of this weekend.
Any information on why this is would be interesting to read.

The Lakers have their own #1 Pick & their own #2 plus a Second rounder from bobcats!

hopefully we can draft another year or two away project like m.gasol/walton/sun/von wafer/turiaf using our 1st/Cha 2nd
