Philbert to miss Portland game

Rambis is taking over for Philbert in Portland due to swelling in Phil's leg due to plantar fasciitis. This is the toughest game left for us and a win in Portland could do alot for us since we haven't won there in the last 7 tries. Better now than the playoffs though for Phil. I hope he gets better.

Well.. that means he doesn't have to go on the road for about 2 weeks, so that's a good idea if he did have some lingering problems. Rambis has a good connection with the players and he'll do fine. We have a lot of on court leadership anyways in Kobe, Fisher, and Odom is definitely the vocal leader.

Sweet, we'll get timeouts and better sub rotation.

I'm never one for losing on purpose or otherwise, but after looking at the standings and the remaining schedules, I for one will not lose sleep if we lose this game (wink, wink). Maybe Phil feels the same way??

Hopefully we can pull this out. If we lose tonight I think we can kiss #1 overall goodbye.

yeah, maybe kurt would allow the team to play for freely without unnecessary subs hehe or take out a player when they're doing bad..

GO Lakers!.. i see the tides changing.
