I just can't see the Cavs beating Orlando. Besides Portland, Orlando scares me the most. Multiple deadly weak side three threats — our most glaring weakness.

cleveland wont make it to the finals. Thats all i got to say!

Dwight turns into superman, becomes a beast againt big Z. Big Z cant stop him, he has himself a phenomenal series, Orlando wins one road game (outrebounding the cavs), and its alllllllllll good from there. I give it to Magic in seven!

Just a hunch. Dwight Howard.

Maybe it'll be tighter than I think, but I just don't think it's a good matchup for the Cavs. Howard makes the paint a no-fly-zone, something that turns LBJ and Mo Williams into jump shooters, which in turn takes away from what they want to do offensively as a team. Lower percentage leads to more opponent fast-breaks. That's big. Howard's freakish athleticism will also force Big Z to alter his arch on that fall-away, or at least think twice about going to that move. That, and a few more things like rebounding and three-point playbook stuff on Orlando's behalf is why I think Orlando has a good shot at stealing that series away from LBJ and the Cavs, mostly by taking them out of their offensive comfort zone.

I think I'd give Orlando the edge over Cleveland too after looking at Erik's argument. I just can't say that the Cavs can beat them unless Orlando shoot themselves in the foot.

Well that's why it's very important for the Cavs to have Big Z. He stretches the defense and opens up the court for LeBron. Howard will have to guard Big Z unless Battie is in the game with him, but then they lose a bit of their ability to stretch the floor. Keep in mind they don't really have anyone to check LeBron, while the Cavs do have some bigs to throw at Howard. The Magic thrive on ball movement, but the Cavs are one of the best rotation defenses in the NBA, the Magic won't be getting the best of looks out there. I think it'll be back and forth series, one game Big Z will be hitting all his shots and Howard will have to go out on him, opening things up for James, while the next game he'll be off and Howard will be able to sag off him. The series can really go either way if they end up facing each other; it's a tough one to call.

I don't think i disagree with ya here. As a Cavs fan and you could ask any other Cavs fans and they would probably agree that the only team that is Scary me is the Lakers. Without Nelson i don't think the Magic can beat Cavs in a 7 game series, Vs the Lakers you guys got Kobe that will pretty much even out Lebron, maybe just a tad bit weaker numbers or a tad bit better numbers than lebron, then you guys got Bynum as well as Gasol, So i do know the Lakers have the better starting lineup but i would argue that the Cavs have the better bench since it's full of former all-stars and former starters. All i know is that i would bet on the Cavs to beat the Magic but theres no way in h word will i bet on Cavs beating the Lakers or the other way around, to risky for me.

IF we beat Portland, I doubt we win more than 1 game against you guys, unless either you play average and/or we play like we did against Portland.

damn this year's playoffs are going to be real interesting. Some of the powers you would expect to make it far might not even get to where they usually do.
