Have the Lakers considered the 2010 plan with LeBron?

We can let Kobe, Odom, Ariza walk this summer and have enough cap space to sign Lebron next year. Yes, we'll be terrible in the 2009 season but pairing Lebron with Gasol and Bynum would make us a dynasty for the next 10 years. Kobe will be 31 and has been in the league a long time. How much does he really have left? Is it worth paying him 25+ million a year?
