I hope he's dealt this summer. His game really hasn't gotten any better any I think we can do better at his position. :banghead:

Yep... Morrison's expiring presents us with an opportunity to ditch that no shot-making scrub and get a real 3-point shooter, picks, and/or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and large fries from McDonald's.

I get the Sasha-bashing, he's an easy target. But someone please give me a few viable replacements?

ive no problem with sasha, though during i am mercilessly cursing him at the top of my lungs, and while i tend to wear my hair long sometimes...i think he should really cut it...and stop wearing drakkar noir...

Some interesting comments from that interview:

1. Vladi asked to be traded so he could play more minutes.

2. Ammo is frustrated at lack of minutes.

3. Sasha takes a shot at Ammo when asked if Shannon is the better player from the deal.

Ya I was going to post the samethings, I didnt know Vlad wanted to get traded and if he did then THANK GOD........ Also I think his throwing Mo under the bus was really unnecessary, since he's lucky his shots have been falling in or he was probably going to be sitting right next to MO holding each others hand.

I was ragging on Sasha a lot this season like a lot of Laker fans. He got off really slow due to his injury. I think he's improved somewhat.

I've seen him get chased off the 3 and make the extra pass at times. I've also seen him run a pick and roll effectively a few times this year as well.

He's even attempted to drive more. I think he's actually tried to be more versatile.

His defense is good and bad at the same time. He's been able to pressure guys into TOs. But he's also picked up dumb fouls.

I would like to keep Sasha. I don't think anyone wants him anyway.

It's not next season yet, is it? We don't know who will be willing to trade or willing to shed salary just yet, so it's impossible to tell. Based on Mitch turning **** into gold the past few trades I have to believe that he can fetch us Posey + picks for Morrison/Vujacic. ;)

Lucky his shots have been falling? I know we're not talking about Sasha "4-19 against Utah -- mostly wide open shots" Vujacic, are we?

It doesn't have to be next season to think about who you want to replace Sasha. I actually wouldn't trade Sasha+filler for Posey, at this point, that is (a few years ago I'd have jumped all over it).

We need to remember just how young Sasha is and just how much potential he has (and, quite frankly, how good he is at what he does). He's done a great job of coming off the bench and providing instant offense and energy.

so Vladi did like the trade. He chose playing time over the championship.
