Hey guys just came across this on the web, I watched it and it gives some insight to the NBA game. Some good things to hear and see with how Kobe interacts with his team mates, and his relationship with Phil. All in all its a good watch.

Enjoy!

it was too much of him narrating last years game. I was hoping to see his daily routine.. workouts.. what he does before and after games. You know.. a glimse of his life. Even that article of him recently in the LA times about kobe's day before the game was more interesting i admit.

But overall it was good. We get to see his narration of the pit and how he interacts with this team mates..etc.

IMO, his narrating was kinda annoying with the fake giggles lol

Boring. 90 minutes was just too much. 30 minutes would of had the same effect.

I concur. I didn't like it very much. I was expecting to see the real Kobe. What makes him so intense - we all know of it but haven't seen all of it on video. I am kind of disappointed in Spike Lee. He could have done WAAAAYYYY better.

Wished they filmed against a different team.

The Spurs is boring. And watching Kobe playing against them was just un-energizing. He was basically standing there yelling out instructions, and when he gets the ball he would take a jumper. I think I only saw him make a drive to the basket 4x's during the whole documentary. Most of the time he was just standing there, then running back on defense.

I actually enjoyed the timeouts and huddles more than the actual game on the floor.

Be disapointed in Kobe not Spike. Kobe insisted on being control of everything. With that said A. I don't think Spike is that great, inside man was great with the story and it had Denzel and B. I liked it and thought it was good. It had the inside track on a game and it showed alot of details that I liked. Stuff I would never have noticed before.

Not Spike's fault it was so disappointing. Kobe insisted on control of everything so he could present the image he wanted to present. If Kobe would forego this fake pre-packaged A-Rod stuff and let the world see who he really is - people might actually like him.

I wanted to see the KB24 the Assassin reaping souls and getting after guys, not the chatty Cathy Kobe who loves everybody. I also wanted to see way more off court stuff.

Where was it said that Kobe wanted control of everything? Please cite/link source. Thanks!

I was looking for more of Kobe's workout/game prep routine over a span of a few games/playoffs.

Watched it just now and being a Lakers fan and a big NBA follower I liked it but I understand if a casual fan thinks its too monotonous though.
