Everyone has a lot of respect for the Lakers and their ability to win games. You guys have Kobe, Gasol, Odom, Ariza *who we miss*, a great coach and it's going to be really hard for Orlando to beat them. But i'll see you guys in the gen forum rooting for Orlando during the finals, I just wanted to say good luck, and lets keep it friendly for this series. No reason for us to hate each other. Our teams have no history, but they both wanna win. It should be a heck of a finals to watch.

Thanks. I agree, this is a team I have no problem with.
See you on June 4th.

The only other history is the Ariza for Cook/Evans trade. Laker fans are pretty happy with that one too.
Orlando has been a class organization. They were pretty upset when Jerry West convinced Shaq to sign with the Lakers but that's all history.
Good luck to them for a good series.
Let's go Lakers

WTF! You're the enemy! get out of board! MAGIC SUCK!!! I hope DHoward gets his knee blown out! hahahahaha
JK!!! <knocks on wood to prevent Howard getting injured>
it's nice to have a poster from another team do it in such class. Feel free to input anytime man. Good luck to you guys too. I really hope to see the best of both teams. I agree, no reason for us to hate each other, we're all just hungry! You say it'll be really hard to beat us, but i say it'll be really hard to beat you too! you guys knocked off the champs and the cavs, you're confidence should be higher than ours, plus Howard is way too agile for Bynum and too strong for Pau so that's a big problem there. But good luck man i can't wait till Thursday to get these Finals goin', it'll be a great one.
Personally, i think this is the series for Bynum, this is where he shows us if he's great or just a decent-good center.

by what would jack bauer do?
yep this is going to be a great series. Magic whipped us good twice in the regular season. They're definitely a worse match-up for us than Cleveland. We had no answer for Dwight and we put the clamps down on Lebron twice this year. This series is probably going to go 7 games. Thank god Jameer Nelson isn't playing cause our point guards are horrendous against the speedsters.
All NBA fans are in for a real treat this year. I'd wish Orlando fans luck, but no. Just no.

Wow. It's the first time I had seen anyone said good luck for the Lakers. I thought everybody hates the Lakers, well except of course for Laker fans. Thanks, man. PS: Thank you you gave us Ariza.

Good luck. I am 100% with the Lakers, but if you guys come out on top, I can honestly say I'll be a lot less pissed than if any other team had won.
Go lakeshow!

good luck from a magic fan. never had a problem with you guys (like i, and most other magic fans have with boston). anyways, hope for a hard fought series, and honestly in this series HC plays no role IMO because we are the 2 best road teams in the league, so this is a 7 game series, and if orlando wins one of the first 2 it wouldnt be considered stealling HC because you guys can just as easily come here and take one.
good luck beginning june 4

I know you guys go the Finals like every year so you are used to it, but this is our first time in forever so know there will be a few bad apples in our fan base.
This should be a really fun series to watch. Good luck

I'd like to throw in my congrats to Laker Nation as well. Honor to be playing a storied franchise like the LA and would be great to knock you guys off for our first ever ring. That being said, I am not to optimistic about our chances, but nonetheless I view this season as a major success for our guys.
I feel like if every year you take one more step than you did the year before, you are building a winner. Well, we've taken two BIG steps from last year and I don't see our team regressing next year either (barring injury).
Here's to a good clean series.
