Bynum took himself out of the game as usually.
His D is actually a joke, he is a fouling machine.

As solid as Andrew was in Game 1, he sucked just as much tonight. Stupid fouls and one rebound in 16 minutes isn't going to get it done. We need 25 solid minutes from him.

what would jack bauer do? wrote:Don't forget the bad call on a kobe turnover in OT, ball didn't touch kobe's legs on that deflection. Van Gundy never points out when a bad call goes in favor of his brother's team so that's probably why Magic fans think it was lopsided.

I did forget that, and I'll bet the majority of Magic fans who are complaining did to. Which is why the Ref Game is so patently stupid. All you typically remember are all the times you were allegedy jobbed, and you conveniently forget the many breaks you inevitably catch over the course of 48 minutes of basketball. It's a pointless exercise.

strangle hold on the title, get it done lakers.

one thing to mention, hedo pushes off with his off arm every single time he was the ball. EVERY TIME.

Another thing Magic fans conveniently ignore, as well as all the moving screens Howard gets away with. I'll give Dwight credit -- his offensive game needs a lot of work, but he's got that skill down cold. It took KG the better part of a decade to learn how to do that.

Yea I've noticed that Hedo does do that very often. Going into Orlando I'm worried that Orlando is going to be a big problem for us. When we focus too much on Dwight and we leave those 3s open it will kill us, especially if they can start htting the 3s at home.

Wow ... hilarious !!!

Maybe it's Jack on the floor or the other celebrities in the stands, but nonetheless, it was pretty clear the officials were pissing down their leg and showed some clear signs of "melt down". The Magic got hosed a few times late in the 4th quarter ... we're talking like 4 in a row. If I'm a betting man, I'd bet Kobe makes Phil gag on his own spit time atleast once a quarter. The Magic had a few turnovers that were costly, and without them, they likely steal this one. Will be tough to bounce back.

Will be interesting how the Magic bounce back in the game 3 ... that will be the rubber game. They lose it's done. They win, they'll get some roll and it could go 7.

So you're predicting that if the Magic lose to go down 3-0, they're done? Way to go out on a limb...

For the first time ST I agree with you, Drew did not play smart tonight....but at the same time, give him credit when he do good.

Turkoglu pushing off with his arm, Howard with his moving screens and dirty game, Pietrus with his travels after faking a shot...add to that all the stupid calls against the Lakers in these first two games.

... way to see more of that in Orlando. That's why Magic fans are so confident !? :(

I hate to say that, knowing that the Lakers don't deserve to be called a great team after Game 2. but, usually great teams manage to win games even playing bad !

Go back to the Game 1 game thread and you'll see that I did just that. I thought he was very good in Game 1, and I posted as such. I'm not trying to play favorites.
