Must win for the Magic. The pressure will be on them. They will come out real hyped.
It will be very important for the Lakers to stay focused and not get too far behind in the early going. It would be nice if they got off to a lead. That will increase the pressure on the Magic even more if the Lakers take a lead.
I thought Lamar was the key to the win in Game 2 eventhough he got lost on defense a bit(as did Pau). He made several key shots in the 2nd half to keep the Lakers in it. He was awesome.
I really think he will be the key in Game 3 as well. He needs to play solid D and help control the boards. We got killed on the boards in game 2.
The Magic will try to make this an uptempo game.
We need to defend and rebound better.
Let's go Lakers.
Let's get this done.

Keys to a Lakers win tonight:
1: Run the triangle offense to perfection... go inside out to open up our shooters. Make howard work defensively... I think our bigs can give him trouble with their offense. We have to get production from are bench on the road (THAT MEANS YOU TO SASHA)! If are bench plays strong, we have a great chance of winning.
2: Play smart defense...(NO DOUBLE TEAMING)! Play straight man to man defense. They don't have the players were we have to double team them. Howard is not a strong post offensive player yet in his career. I think our bigs could play him one on one defensively. They only have two players who can take you off the dribble... that's Turk & nelson. Everybody else is spot up shooters. Play good on the ball defense and will be fine.
3: I think our coaching has been pretty good this series. Keep up the good work... keep making good rotations and will be fine.
If we do these things we should be up 3-0. GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!

This is what seemed to screw us over in game 2, even though we won. We left Orlando open way to many times. It was all because Drew wasn't able to stay on the floor. To me it appears like we play better defense against the Magics shooters because Drew can play Dwight one on one allowing everybody else to worry about their defensive assignments. Keeping Drew on the floor might be the most important keys to this series because Orlando shooters were still missing wide open sshots. Game 2 wouldn't have been so close if Orlando was hitting those shots they normally do. Gasol and Drew also have been rushingn their shots near the paint, I don't know if their scared of getting blocked by Dwight or what but somebody needs to tell them to relax.
Now lets get the job done tonight. GO LAKERS!!!

I said play Howard straight up with are bigs. He's not a strong offensive post player yet. What got us in trouble was we start double teaming Howard and he start passing the ball out to shooters for open 3's. When we played them good man on man defense, they had trouble scoring.

I'm expecting a brutally tough game tonight. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised to see us get blown out. The boys have surprised me before, most recently with Game 6 in Denver, but the Magic need this one badly, they're at home, and I don't think we're significantly better than they are. Maybe they'll shoot their emotional load and we can get them in Game 4. All we need is one in Orlando, and I don't really care which.

Yup. I'm thinking Kobe goes for 20 in the first quarter to prevent it.

Like how the lakers did to the Rockets and Nuggets, expect them to try their best to take this game to demoralize them.. and then go for the kill.
