But he's not alone, they also fined the Lakers too.
So what do you think Buss's has to say about that?
Los Angeles Lakers head coach Phil Jackson has been fined $25,000 for criticizing game officials, it was announced today by Stu Jackson, NBA Executive Vice President, Basketball Operations.
The Lakers were also fined $25,000 for their coach's comments.
Jackson and the Lakers have been fined for his comments made on camera between the 1st and 2nd periods during Game 4 of The Finals.

Stop already with fining coaches and players for TACTFULLY discussing officiating publicly. All that does is put the story in front of us again when the fines come down, bringing publicity again to the NBA's truly pathetic officiating.
Besides, this draconian practice seems very out of place in a land where free speech is a constitutionally guaranteed right.

I like it when Phil gets interviewed in game he always seems like he doesn't want to be doing the interview so he purposely gives **** answers.

I think every coach in the NBA does that. It's such a ridiculous and pointless exercise.

He must have been complaining about the no call elbow by Kobe to Jameer Nelson's face. Should have been a technical foul on Nelson for getting in Kobe's way right?

I don't know if it should have been a technical on Nelson, but I hope that the clip is used for years in instructional videos on how NOT to wear your mouth guard.

All he said was there was, "some bogus calls in the first half".............Yep it was that simple, league is too sensitive. The whole nation saw what was happening in Game 4............what did he say that was so wrong ?

wait a minute, HE IS FORCED to make the interview. and that interview IS FORCED during the game. a heated battle. an in game situation where we are battling for a title. it is also an interview that the coaches vehemently opposed, but the NBA required it.
and then fined??
