Center: Bynum (the Bynum of Jan 2009) he will be that good this year, (no 2010 for Yao, Shaqs out West)
PF: Duncan, Gasol, Dirk, Amare... (stacked position)
SF: Artest, JHo
SG: Kobe
PG: Paul, Williams... not even close for the Lakers

6th man: Odom

OT: The SF on the all-star team has been Amare (a SF???)

The Lakers have the best talent at the talent at 4 of the key 6 spots, the second best PF, we have the best coach and a good bench 7-12.

This is going to be fun. I'm tempted to fork over some cash and get those season tix even though I can't really afford it!!!

Melo is the best SF in the west. Followed by Kevin Durant.

Jury's still out on Bynum. If he gets back to pre-injury form he's potentially the best in the west, otherwise he's not even as good as Gortat (Mavs). Don't forget Nene had a good year and Al Jefferson will play a lot of center.

Manu's a better sixth man than Odom too.

AL Jefferson is way better then Bynum. If Al has another injury hit year then maybe not.
Melo was better 08-09. Durant is like 20. That kid is gonna be a superstar and the Thunder are gonna be a sick team. Next year Durant will pass Melo. Melo is just a scorer and so is Durant. I see Durant getting 30 points a game any year now.
Inside of 3 years he will be the best scorer in the game. Even better scorer then Lebron not player. Durant is the 2nd best sf in the league starting next year and nobody is taking that away. Hall of famer he will be 10x allstar and allnba first team 5x and 2nd 5x. He will win an mvp award.
And no I am not a Durant fan.

I am an Artest fan. I don't care about the money. How refreshing. Finally a truely unselfish player. This makes up for Kobe not taking less money. I was upset about that. Hopefully Odom will not walk and take 8 million so we can sign Brown. He did say he would take less money.

Bynum destroys Al Jefferson healthy when they match-up. Bynum somehow staying healthy is an even greater plus than Ron Artest.

I am not sure about that. You have to realize that Artest extends Kobe's career. He makes it so Kobe can play a MJ type role and MJ's job was 10x easier then Kobe's. Now they just need to sign Odom and have him play the Pippen role on offense everytime down the floor to extend Kobe's career even more now that he is in his 30's and bring Bynum off the bench.
