He was my all time favorite Laker. He was a man that played by his own rules.
We need him on this team to replace Morrison, Yue, and Walton.

If we sign him along with Artest, the other teams should just forfeit to our greatness.

Ha, I like that one. I should look up how many assists that guy had, but I can't sleep and I'm too tired. That ball never came back, he was the definition of a black hole. To fully appreciate Medvedenko you must use his full first name: Stanislav.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9VZ-JrMV5kAll I can think about is Ivan Drago when he said to Rocky, "I must break you."
But the baddest Russian NBA player ever was a Trailblazer unfortunatly and not a Laker, Arvydas Sabonis. He just looked so grumpy and pissed off as he shot up dagger after dagger. At halftime I can see him going to the locker room and rejuvinating with a row of Stolli shots and stare at his broken knees in discust. He was 31 when he finally played his first game for Blaze after suffering through numerous injures. You could see the distain and dissapoinment in his face how dissapointed he was that he wasn't playing in the NBA in his prime. He truly would have "broke us" if Mother Russia (Still the Soviet Union) let him play in the NBA sooner rather than later.

all i can remember is it was 2004 Finals, Lakers vs Detroit, in one of the games the Lakers couldnt make their shots in the first quarter and Slava started shooting and made all of them, i think he got like first 8 pts

Wait what????
Come on man, he sucked when he was in LA 50 years ago, yet you want to bring him back after all these years. Maybe we should try to resign Bob Macadoo too.
