OT: Steve McNair shot to death

Breaking now, Apparently he was shot to death at home, authorities are still processing the scene.

Apparently found dead with a female victim, cops are calling it a double homicide.

i kid you not,i was just thinking about this guy. i was watching an old episode of the goerge lopez show,where he and mcnabb were trying to recruit lopez's daughter boyfriend. this is sad...rip mcnair!

Just for the record, that was Daunte Culpepper. Regardless, what a tragedy. Stuff like this really puts everything in perspective.

Im no investigator, but story is he was shot multiple times and the girl he was with was shot once in the head. They also found the gun next to her. I am no expert but seems like his female friend shot him then shot herself...

that is what i thought off, woman shot the guy a couple times, shot herself once since she cant shoot herself twice :lol:

and when she died she dropped the gun next to her. was the woman a friend or relationship friend?

Apparently the woman was the person who lived at the apartment where the deaths occurred. Apparently McNair was the person who paid the rent.
Apparently the woman was arrested for DUI last week while driving an Escalade which is apparently registered in both their names.
The woman is definitely not Mrs. McNair.

So if I had to guess (and obviously I don't have all the information, and take the above with a grain of salt for now) I'd say she was his mistress and he might have gone there to break it off with her after the drunk driving incident.

On July 4, 2009, McNair was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head,[16][17][18] along with a female victim, 20-year-old Sahel Kazemi, who was found dead of a single gunshot wound to the head, in a condominium in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.[19] Police have not yet made a statement as to who is suspected of the killings[16], however multiple media outlets have reported his death to be an "apparent murder-suicide"[20][21].

Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron confirmed that police were called to a residence and found McNair and Kazemi shot to death inside[22] and that police were not seeking any suspects in either death.[19]

Two days before their deaths, Kazemi was pulled over in a black 2007 Cadillac Escalade in Nashville with McNair in the passenger seat. The vehicle was registered to both McNair and Kazemi. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.[19] McNair was not arrested and instead allowed to leave in a taxi.[16]

It's hard for me to believe a 20 year old female waitress that worked at a local bar is capable of such an haneous, evil act, but it sure looks like all signs are pointing towards her.

They were together when she got a DUI last week. I'd assume they were both pretty saused the night of the murders, I haven't seen anything in the reports yet.

Alcohol and anger do not mix, either does adultry mixed with anything. I've made that mistake messing with married women I hate to say, it's like playing with fire just as it is morally wrong and anything can happen because of it.

So fn' sad. I 'm a Lakers & Ravens fan, I have one auutographed item in my possesion, a McNair mini helmet, just odd.

too crazy... so many celebrity deaths these pass few weeks..

homocide for sure... shots to the head and chest.. definitely assination style. Reminds me of that tom cruise movie. Just tragic. Our hearts goes to his family, relatives, and friends
