I was just watching the clip of an interview of Elton Brand by Elie Seckback, but more importantly look at this device he uses that passes the ball to him, its sick. I wonder what its called and how much that thing is. Anyone know?

awesome machine. yeah, it's going to cost. Anything machinery that may need maintenance will cost. I had a tennis ball machine, and that was already 500-1000 or even more.
But that bball machine wil definitely allow you to focus on that one shot. Damn, no wonder they're able to shoot so well from one spot lol jk

We've got this at my college gym and its great while shooting alone in the gym. That net on the frontside isn't as high as they show in that picture.

Just get your shot good so the ball comes back to you by default
Arc + rotation = auto return... that thing will just make you lazy!

true it'll make u lazy.
the purpose of shooting and getting the ball is to give u a workout as well as practice shooting on the go and not just standing there all day (which i see most nba players do.. by the 3s) hehe
