Pavlovic was just released by PHX. Do we have any money left to throw at him? He wouldn't be a bad piece to add for some depth in case of injury.

I like Pav! He isn't great at particularly anything, but he can do everything pretty good.

I'd give him a shot but only if we could get rid of our Sasha... which is next to impossible

He would be a HUGE pickup. If he comes in, I can see him being a significant contributor and stealing backup mins at the two.

The main reason I love this guy for our team is his defense. I could care less about offensive, the guy can flat out play D.

I know it'll be met with disagreement, but I meant HUGE...IMHO that is.

I don't think he is redundant with our current Sasha, so we disagree there. They play very different styles of D and I prefer Pavs D any day. He plays a more physical brand of D (dare I say this in reference to a euro player).

I also think they play very different offensive games. Vujacic is good for ONLY spotting up. Pavs can spot up very well and put the ball on the floor to pull up or go to the basket. Also, Pavs is a far superior finisher on the brake.

Did you watch him play last season once? hes not the same players as 2007. he was honestly one of the worst players in the L last year. his shot sucked, he travels like its hit job, he thinks he can drive but gets blocked/misses/charge and his handles are worse than reggie evans. his defense, what hes been known for is just gone, his quickness and laterall quickness is one of the worst in the league and cant defend a turtle.

trust me, you dont want him.
if you do sign him ill be happy as a cavs fan
hes complete garbage.
his name was pavlobrick for a reason and you'd be much better off with morrison/vujicic.

wow just no. hes one of the worst finishers near the basket in the league. and he cant put it on the floor without traveling/turning it over some how.
why do you think he couldnt find mins on a very weak cle bench? he just straight up sucks.

LOL...no I didn't watch play at all last season and I really haven't followed him much since 2007. So I guess that explains that. I figured he was just in the doghouse or battling nagging injuries.

I guess my comments apply to the 2007 version of Pavs. If he's capable of being the same player, I like him. If he's washed up, then surely I'll pass.

Greg Osterfag is making a comeback, we could get him for a six pack of Jolt Cola. He was probably deprived all those years in Utah. We'll make sure it's cold Greg.

Pounce on it!!!

He's been on my bench wish-list for a few years. I'd love to see his intensity with the bench mob. He'd excel in this disciplined Laker team.

Do it to it, Mitch!

Come on, now. Pavlovic might not be a stellar defender, but his offense is very good for a bench player. He can't be left unchecked, he can create for himself and others and is completely unafraid of anyone. He's one of the few Euro players whose style of play I really like.

Everytime I see CLE play, I see Pavlovic FAIL. We already got a Pavlovic, he just spells his name differently, why do you want two failures instead of one EE?

The Lakers don't need anymore players.

Farmar/Brown/Vujacic/Morrison will hold it down for the backcourt bench. I really expect at least 2-3 of those players to have strong seasons, and that's all we need with Kobe taking up most of the minutes.

Great role player on a contender looking for depth.

Great teams get good players for cheap

When are the Lakers going to cash in???

The Lakers are saving their roster spots just in case something big needs to happen. So you guys might as well stop looking for them to pick up everybody's trash or left overs........it ain't happen'in.

And Pavlovic is straight up trash.
