lol they were all traveling man. They were just running catching and finishing. Nice to see LO being vocal in practices. He's a senior leader on this team and needs to speak up.
Also did anyone notice at the end of the laps Kobe was the only ready to go harder? Everyone's got hands on their hips and breathing hard and Kobe's like taking a stroll out there. This must be nothing compared to his intensity levels.
