Thought this would be a fun read for those who are a fan of Caron Butler, former Laker and one of Kobe's good friends back when he was on the team...I just found it so hilarious that it sounded like he was a recovering drug addict after not having Mountain Dew...but shows his dedication to really having a solid season w/ the Wiz. lol Enjoy Laker fam

dude was drinking ~2 times the RDI for caffeine... no wonder he went through withdrawals

my thought is Caron is a sissy

He makes quiting drinking soda sound like quiting crack. He sounds like such a chump compared to players that play w/ lose pinky that are dis-attached. Quiting cigeretes, drinking, gambling, drugs, or coffee is harder than quiting soda. Just lame Caron. He made his childhood seem like a walk in the park compared to too much of that Mountain Dew.

you realise he was going through caffeine withdrawal right? theres 54mg of caffeine per 350ml (12oz) of Mountain Dew.

I was just going to come in and make a joke asking if he was from wisconsin, I looked it up first and it turns out he is.

Mountain Dew is nasty...I don't know how anyone could drink that stuff. Soda is nasty in general, and I rarely ever drink it (I'll make an exception for captain and coke ), but Mountain Dew is the worst.

Sounds like his addiction was really bad, waking up at 2 a.m and drinking the one on his night stand, then drinking another one first thing in the morning...
