Bynum, LO, and Co. definitely need to take it inside on 'One Name One Nut' and his gang of midgets, and our bench really needs to come to play and contain Ty Lawson and Earl. But to me this is where Ron Ron needs to earn his money. He's got to put some muscle on Mello AND if Mello takes his size and strength over to defend Kobe, Ron has got to assert himself and do some inside beasting of his own.

That happens and it will make me one happy Laker fan up in Denver tricks.

This is Bynum's time to show these Nuggets what he would have done if he was healthy last year during the playoffs. I expect a big game from the Bryant Bynum duo.

Last year we went into Denver on a back to back after Phx and laid a huge egg. I'm hoping the guys remember that and take it as serious business.

I wanted the Lakers to trade for Aaron Afflalo, and I thought it would take more than a 2nd round pick.

Yep this should be a great game and a good early test. I think we will really need our bench in this one so they are going to have to step it up. People say Denver didn't make any big moves, but I thought they made smart moves. They didn't mess with what got them far last year and quietly added a few pieces that make them a better team. Afflalo is a better player then Jones IMO and gives them better balance then he did and the pickup of Lawson was a nice move. The pickup of Joey Graham to throw a little more size at Kobe was a subtle move as well.

Time to make a statement and put the West on notice.

Yep was about to post this.

We were very tired playing back to back in denver last year, hopefully this team remembers and is out for revenge.

Yeah Skyhook I called this one. A lot of people kept saying Drew is not Pau & although I agree, I kept saying the still need to feed him & let him start making those same types of reads. Now you can see not only does Kobe trust him so does his other teammates. Kobe shot selection has gotten a lot better as a result because he knows he can play inside out with Drew as well. Then if they single cover either one of them its lights out. Hopefully when Pau gets back, himself, Drew, & Kobe can be a three headed monster down on that block. UNSTOPPABLE!!!!!!!!

Yeah what Kobe is doing with Drew is incredible. The rest of the team as well knows too that they have to get him the ball. It would be a shame if they didn't take the opportunity to use his offensive talent.
