i think pau will go a good 30. he's just one of those players who i don't think rust affects. he's a gazelle.

apparently some fans are talking up noah, so i'm anxious to see bynum match his activity on the boards.

I expect him to play 30-35 minutes. If you suit up and play...you better be ready to handle the load.

Pau returns! Hope he's good to go and there are no residual effects of that injury.

i bring it up because a lot of the criticism (which hasn't been all that present for a while) of bynum was his lack of effort on the boards. noah is going to be a good test for that. i don't expect noah to be much of an issue for bynum in any other facet of the game though.

I guess that's my que!, ok just kidding........seriously Drew has been putting in work on the boards and holding down the middle. The way I look at is this........it's not a test to me for Drew to drag Noah around like a rag doll. Hell he ain't no better than Nene and Drew punishes him at will. Noah does have the length but lacks the strength to keep Drew from where he wants to go. But Noah will hustle, Drew will have to match that.

Nobody is underestimating the Bulls, I'm only going on the post I saw on you guys board. Maybe you guys shouldn't be over confident........goes both ways.

No overconfidence here. I'm not sure who's posting about Rose having a monster game, but it was probably wishful thinking. The majority of Bulls fans are concerned that Rose has had such a rough start to the season. While it would be great to see him break out tonight, it's not exactly an expectation at this point.
Reading the Bulls board, it seems that most fans are just hoping the Bulls don't get blown out.

I don't see much overconfidence on the Bull's board. In fact, I don't think they are as confident in Rose as they should be. Knowing how every other pg has had career nights against us this year, I have no doubt he'll show up for some numbers. I still think we win, but Rose should again send a message to Mitch that we need a guard re-haul.

Yes, Bulls' board is more down to earth than most boards (ofcourse there are some posters who are very reactionary and jump to conclusions type but most are pretty fair).

I don't see how any way Bulls can win tonight - especially if Gasol is playing tonight. Gasol has always (like KG) given us problems. Most of Bulls fans just hope that we don't get blown out on National TV - even though we have won our both games on TNT this year so far (Spurs and Cavs), this is way tougher than the other ones.

Regarding Rose, he hurt his ankle and that type of injury can linger for months. He is just not himself as he doesn't have enough lift in his legs, nor the explosion that he had before the injury. Some fans like me who thinks he is still injured but not letting everyone know coz he hates sitting out games but this is actually hurting his game. He doesn't like his aggressiveness so far so he just came out and said, he will not cut his hair until he gets back to his own last year's self.

As for Bulls, Salmons and Hinrich have been strugging to shoot from everywhere and we don't have any other good 3pt shooters so it's really hurting the team. On the other had, Noah and Deng have been the 2 best Bulls players so far. Noah at this pace might even become an all-star reserve off the bench. Bulls' offense is one of the WORST in the league but offense on the other hand is one of the BEST in the league. Bulls have been holding top scoring teams to under 100 points (most under 90 points)

I just hope that it's a fun close game. Good Luck!!!
