http://www.nba.com/2009/news/12/10/alls ... index.htmlGuys, we have to continue to vote for Bynum into the All-Star game. He deserves it as he has been the best C in the West so far unless you include Duncan, but he is currently trailing Amare Stoudemire right now (who doesnt even start at C for his team).
If Bynum isnt voted in by the fans, it will be left up to the coaches -- who will surely vote in Duncan, Gasol and Durant.. There is also a chance that the coaches show Boozer love before Bynum... We gotta vote him in so its not left up to the coaches

If TMac and Amare start, that leaves 7 spots for
Nash, Paul, Williams, Roy, Durant, Duncan, Gasol, Boozer, Bynum
7 spots for 9 players

As much as I hate to say it, voting for Nash might help Bynum's case as well. If T-Mac doesn't make the fan voting and Nash starts, T-Mac surely won't get in on the coach's vote, thus opening another spot.
That being said, I doubt T-Mac will actually take up a spot either way. I think he either will get passed by someone else or withdraw on his own accord from the all-star game if he is voted in.

It doesn't matter if Bynum starts or comes off the bench he should be there if he stays healthy u cant ignore those vote totals even if George Karl is the coach. And who the hell is voting for Tmac it cant be Rockets fans because Ariza isn't doing that well. Tmac should be overtaken Nash is only 9000 or so votes behind him Suns fans wouldn't let that happen.

The West all stars should look like this including voting totals
PG. Nash, Paul, Billups (George Karl add on)
SG. Kobe, Tmac
SF. Melo, Durant
PF. Dirk, Pau, Duncan
C.Amare, Bynum (its gonna tough to get enough votes to start)

http://www.ocregister.com/sports/bynum- ... eason.htmlBynum isn't going to outpoll Stoudemire, who takes this sort of peripheral stuff far more seriously than he does his actual craft of basketball. Stoudemire went on Jim Rome's radio show Thursday "to discuss my 2010 All-Star campaign," as stated via Stoudemire's Twitter account, and there's the vote4amare.com Web site to go with a series of four short films on YouTube starring comedian David Spade and Stoudemire. Stoudemire also is experienced at this, taking down Carmelo Anthony last season at the West's forward spot by mounting a huge rally with the help of a viral Web campaign. Plus, Stoudemire's numbers (19.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, 1.1 blocks) will improve as he restores himself after a career-threatening eye injury last season while Bynum's numbers (17.9 points, 9.4 rebounds, 1.6 blocks) will drop with a healthy Pau Gasol next to him.
so yeah, amare has too many gimmicks going on to beat out in the polls.
