Good article from ESPN about SB. Gotta love the work ethic on this kid and he's become one of my favorite Lakers in a very short amount of time.

For all the talk about Shannon Brown's hops, springiness making him a YouTube fixture, asking others about him inevitably leads to mention of his hands.

"He's got big hands. Extremely big hands," marvels former Charlotte Bobcats teammate Raymond Felton, who played against Brown in the 2005 Final Four.

"He's blessed with great hands," praises Bobcats assistant coach Jim Capel, who grew close with Brown during the guard's half-season with Charlotte.

Great read and the part about his childhood in Maywood is an all familiar story to me.

Great player only getting better. I hated loosing Trevor Ariza. But SB is making up for that. Trevor is young and very talented. I just hope we can keep SB for a long time as he is one of the players we can build on.

He's a great guard and he jumps out of the gym on every dunk

Very good article on one of my favorite Lakers, just wish there was a story book ending with him winning the dunk contest.
