ok, so the rockets and kings have agreed to trade tmac/landry/filler for kmart/filler. the details are still being hashed out and it might turn into a 3 way that sends tmac to the knicks.

how does this affect the lakers? well...

Back court of Kobe and T-mac use to be a wet dream for most fans back in the day. To think it could become a reality.

i don't care if T-Mac does nothing, it just seems like he'd look great in a Laker uniform.

i don't see the down side if he becomes available. its either tmac or sasha/ammo getting backup 2/3 minutes, plus, lakers don't need tmac going to the cavs and showing he still has something left.

That's right DCash. Also it's not like Sasha or Luke's defense is worth a **** anyway.

I can't imagine that he'd be worse than Sasha/Luke. There's just no way. No way in all heck that the guy can't play a solid 18 mpg with decent defense. The Cavs have no room especially with Telfair now also on the roster, but since they're far proactive they might make a play.

Then again with Walton hurt it might force the Lakers to add McGrady.

Actually I feel really awful for T-Mac the guy could have been one of the best players of all time and gone down in history, I have a feeling if he can stay healthy (We've heard this one before) how sick it would be to come back from where he was at and win a championship. I'd say Do it Mitch.

I have an ugly feeling he's going to be starting at SG for the Cavs if we don't get him that's the problem.

Dont see how the Lakers would want him but if they trade Sasha or Luke or both there would be a spot at backup SG and SF more SF than SG Shannons got that locked down.

luke is hurt indefinitely with his back problems. if tmac and luke alternate when their back acts up its like having a legit backup sf at all times.

I understand that as well, if we have him as a weapon they can't. I get it.

Cavs cant have any interest after the Jamison trade how much more change can a team have in the middle of the season.
