Pretty simple question who's got the worst contract in the NHL?
Some canidates:
Scott Gomez, Montreal Canadiens - The Canadiens didn't sign him to that contract but they're going to be paying him 7.4 million per season for the next 3 years to put 40 points a year.
Brian Campbell, Florida Panthers - Dave Tallon orignally signed Campbell to his deal in Chicago and now he's brought that disaster of a contract to Florida. Campbell has played well this year, but the Panthers are going to be paying the 32 year old 7.2 million per season for the next 5 years.
Ilyia Kovalchuck, New Jersey Devils - Kovalchuck's a talented played but that deals going to cripple the Devils franchise over the next 14 years
Any other nomines?
