Not good. I bought Fleury today because he's facing Carolina, Montreal and Florida next (all with poor GFA) and right now he let 3 goals on 13 shots.

Whoa, really? How much did he cost?

I'm gonna go put a down payment on Halak and trade him myself!

Brendan Witt playing tonight for the Islanders despite the fact he was hit by a f***ing truck today walking in Philly.

The Leafs play one of their best periods of the season only to see Jason Blake take an idiotic penalty down 1 and cost us the comeback.

St Louis has supposedly offered Backes for Halak straight up. FFS, I pray Gainey does it.

Why on Earth would the Blues do that?

Predators within three points of the Blackhawks, WEFFPIM. Getting nervous yet?

No need to mention the two games in hand that the Blackhawks have.

Nah, they've been playing terrible lately and still have won games.

Oh, and they have two games in hand

Great fight in the Admirals/Rampage game. Scott Ford and Francis Lessard exchange about seven lefts simultaneously, Lessard then goes for the ribs, Ford switches to his right and keeps going at the face. Both have bloody faces by the time the fight is broken up.

OK, if you're gonna hop on the NHL bandwagon, pick a team already. Who is it, Predators or Wild? I mean, they're in the same conference.

I can have two teams. It will always be Predators first because of their affiliation with the Admirals and I always liked the Wild because I get a lot of their games on TV.

The Leafs are only 4 points back of 8th at this point and some players are impressing a lot over this past stretch, here are some stats:

Hagman - 24 points (15 goals) in 31 games
Stajan - 25 points (14 assists) in 31 games
Kaberle - 31 points (29 assists) in 32 games
Kessel - 19 points (11 goals) in 20 games

Hagman/Kessel over the course of an 82 game season WOULD be on pace for a combined 85 goals. Kaberle on pace for 74 assists and Stajan on pace for a 66 point season. Let's keep it rolling.

I've never seen a team as unclassy as the Lightning were tonight. Especially Fedoruk.

In other news, the Blackhawks back-up goalie Niemi has 3 shutouts in 8 starts. If it weren't for a last minute goal by the Penguins, he'd be 4-8 for shutouts.

They should be sent to St. Louis so the Cardinals can show them how to act classy.
