Phoenix played dirty as hell last night. You could make a case for three players getting suspended, Doan, Smith and Hanzal.

The biggest key for me in all of this is that the Kings have frustrated the most disciplined team in hockey to the point of late hits and taking bad penalties. This isn't just the Kings having more talent. This is about the Coyotes unraveling.

Hanzal will definitely go for a few games. Smith will be interesting and probably should get a game. Doan is about as borderline as it gets, in my book. Lewis turned his back right before Doan hit him, not sure there's much he could have done to halt his momentum. But with there being an injury, we know how that factors into Shanabans.

I do agree we did play dirty. Sometimes when things aren't going your way you feel like fighting will do some justice. But who knows? If you can't beat em, hit em where it hurts. And that's what Coyotes are doing right now. I've had their back all this time but sometimes a team can get too far and I won't deny it.

Game 3 moments away and I'm nervous. Do the Kings even have a weakness that Yotes can attack and win? :(

Yotes looking like a completely different team right now. They've really opened up and its working for them so far.

The Kings have not let their opposition score back-to-back goals in these playoffs. At all. Ever.

Let that sink in.

False.

Canucks did it against them in game 4, first round.

I've heard only 9 teams in NHL history started 10-1 in playoffs. Now Kings are 11-1 which is insane.

Is anyone playing Rinkotology? I'm currently sitting in third place, but there still is a long way to go. My current players left are:

Quick
Smith
Kovalchuk (captain)
Gaborik

Rooting for the Coyotes to come back and win a couple before the kings take it. Then I'd love to see NJ win so all the guys with Lundqvist are not as dangerous.

I have no idea how the Rangers won that one. Devils dominated the entire game.

Kreider grew up less than 10 minutes away, I don't know him personally, but it's cool to watch.
