I'm a hockey fan, but I've never played fantasy sports of any kind, so there's no doubt that I would suck and drag the whole thing down.

Did I also add there's a reason I have never played fantasy sports? It's because I don't like fantasy sports.

I'll think about it. If you still need me a few days before the draft, I'll do it. Just don't get mad at me when I completely forget about/neglect my team, very likely early.

Well I would get mad! I mean what's the point in joining unless you intend to play the whole season? I'm looking for ACTIVE managers who will try to win the league all the way to the end. An active league is a fun league and dead teams SUCK!

We've had no trouble filling up this puppy before. We can only muster 6 people this year?

Yeah, this is kinda sad. Maybe we can ask on other boards if people are interested? I'm sure if you ask on the Raps board we can fill this baby up with Leaf fans. But I don't know if I would prefer that over only having 6 people in the league.

Kinda sucks that hockey is pretty much dead on this board. Hopefully we'll have a few more hockey fans from here that will join.
I've also made the league public now so it should fill up pretty quickly on the day of the draft.

Did you send messages out to the former members, GQ? I don't remember if you did or not.

Yeah I sent out invitations to all the active managers from last year. I guess hockey on here is pretty dead now. A few years ago there was much more interest in fantasy hockey and hockey in general, but now it seems there's only a few people left here to discuss it with.

Did you join the league? If so, which is your team? I don't even know.
