Canadian teams really get screwed by realignment. Too many teams all clumped together in two divisions.

The Florida teams really screw up the travel too in Division C, but I get it for as snow birds from Canada will bring in a lot of revenue.

I really hate everything about this realignment. Having Winnipeg in the same division as Nashville, St Louis and Dallas makes about as much sense as having the Florida teams in the same division as Montreal, Boston, Toronto, Buffalo, Ottawa and Detroit.

I really hate everything about this realignment. Having Winnipeg in the same division as Nashville, St Louis and Dallas makes about as much sense as having the Florida teams in the same division as Montreal, Boston, Toronto, Buffalo, Ottawa and Detroit.

Where else do you put Winnipeg though? The Florida teams are goofy for sure, but as a Red Wing fan this is gold. Staying in the Eastern Time Zone and gaining back rivalries with Montreal, Boston and Toronto is awesome.

You'd have to a bit of extra shuffling as well but given how close all the teams are in div C and D it wouldn't be a big issue.

These divisions are split by time zone pretty much, Winnipeg is where they should be.
