I have an honest question for you guys.

If you had a real chance to become a sports writer would you do it?

My reason for asking is that by profession I am the owner of a Social Media company. For the last couple of years our company has focused on helping businesses use the internet and social media to grow their customer base. As much as I enjoy this I want to do something more fun.

I am staring a sports blog site called USA Sports Action. This site will be similar to site you probably already read like SB Nation and Bleacher Report.

Many of the writers, who are now paid for their work, started by writing for free for blogs like these. Many of the writers who wrote for free now get paid, because they did a great job getting people to read their articles and follow them.

Because my Social Media company has had success marketing businesses through websites, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc...we feel that with a popular topic like sports we can grow our reach very fast.

We are looking for people who want to be writers and regular contributors for USA Sports Action. If you like writing and sharing your opinion we'd love to talk with you about writing for us.
