Hey I am in the process of researching a collective bargaining project for Labor Studies. My group is acting as the NHL player unions but none of us are really huge fans of the NHL. What do you guys think are some realistic scenarios for maximum/ minimum player salaries, rookie base salaries, Salary Cap, Health pensions, TV contracts?
The goal of the group is to not go under the 05-06 agreement. Overall revenue in the league is growing but half the teams seem to be struggling to post profits. Let me know what you guys think,
