Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin announced Monday the signing of defenseman P.K. Subban to a two-year contract (2012-13 to 2013-14). As per club policy, financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Its two years 5.75 million. Great deal for the Canadiens, they obvious weren't convinced he was worth the big money he was asking for so this is good compromise for both sides. Subban doesn't get the money he wants but its only a two year deal and the Canadiens get two more years of Subban to see if he's worth the money he's asking for.

Finally! Its good to see him hit the ice again. I think he is worth what he thinks he's worth but I think he either needs to prove it to the team or the Canadiens are too stupid to realize it and need to let him go.
