Am I wrong for thinking this is how the NBA and NHL's seasons should always go? 48 games, I'm good.

Anyway, I love that you've done this thread again. I think either Montreal or Boston is getting that first slot in the east. The pens will slip up. Still be a powerhouse in the playoffs though.

They need to do something about playoff seeding. It's a joke that whoever wins the **** show that is the Southeast Division is going to be the 3rd seed in the East.

Accounting for the Jets, pointwise, wouldn't even make the playoffs otherwise? Yeah, it's silly

Habs vs Boston for first place Saturday. Should be a good one.

Ryder's been killin it for the Habs since he's been back, and Jagr scored Boston's lone goal in his debut.

Yeah, I'm definitely rooting for Columbus to sneak in. Red Wings, hate. Stars, meh. Jackets, go underdog.

Damn Crosby got another Hart trophy cockblocked. Ovechkin has it in a chokehold unless Tavares catches up to him in goals and points in a big way the last 3 games. Ovie!

Lebron's first NBA championship came in a lockout shortened year nine years after he was drafted.

Ovechkin will follow the same path.

Except Ovechkin has stayed with the Caps. Not called up Crosby and asked to join his team in Pittsburgh.

Can't kill the Wings! Though a first round beatdown seems likely

Really hoping the Bruins win tonight.

Id love to see a Montreal/Leafs series. Would be an amazing way to really start a rivalry.

Boston/Montreal or Toronto/Boston would be great series' either way. Hard to go wrong no matter what happens tonight.
