Which team is the best so far?

With all the moves made by all these teams...which team will be the best next year? Capitals, Penguins, Stars and many other teams have gotten better? Or is it a team that maybe didn't make as big as splash but still has enough to win it all...this article I read on ESPN discusses the new move made by the Dallas stars...does this make them a cup favorite?

Dallas is still going to be bad-ish this year. They're being hyped because of all of the moves they have made, but they'll be lucky to get out of the first round of the playoffs (if they make it). Best off-season has gotta be the Boston Bruins. Ha! In all seriousness though, I'd go with the Caps as having the best off-season. Aside from Holtby wanting 8 million/season from them, they did pretty well. We'll see what arbitration gives him. I'm guessing around 5.5-6 mill/season.
