One month in, what teams have surprised you and disappointed you the most? For surprising, it was slightly referred to in another thread, but the Columbus Blue Jackets have played very well out of the gate.

Disappointing, well, I think obviously you have to look at the Rangers and Sabres and their slow starts.

Im really suprised with how well the Habs have played. I thought they were going to be a weak team this year and not make the playoffs and so far have looked like a elite team. Carey price is awesome and that powerplay hasnt missed a beat even with the departure of Souray. Outside of Ott/Car Id have to say Montreal right now is the next best team.

Canucks have been a major dissapointment so far and look lifeless as a team. They need to badly aquire some more offense and team speed because they are really weak in this area.

Dissapointing- Anaheim

Anaheim is missing that spark offensively, something that Selanne brought.

I don't see how Atlanta is a disappointment when they've been picked last in the Southeast Division in many, many preseason rankings.
