Less than 24 hours until the deadline.

Lots of names going around as to who will get traded.

Scratch Barrett Jackman off the list. Re-signed with the Blues for 4 more years.

Might add Brian Campbell to the list as well. I thought he would re-sign with Buffalo, but the Buffalo News is reporting he may be traded.

Hall Gill was a healthy scratch tonight for the Leafs. Traded?

Dan Boyle re-signs with Tampa Bay:

With Prospal being traded, I see Richards going too. No way can Tampa Bay do anything with the salaries of Richard, Lecavalier, St. Louis and now Boyle.

Rob Blake to Colorado???

XM Radio Channel 204 said he will waive his NTC to go back to Colorado.

I love this time of year.

:banghead:

I was hoping the B's would get him. I could actually see chiarelli standing pat...wow.

And I agree, I love the trade deadline.

Really?

I think Boston has a pretty good defense. I think they need to pick up a forward who can score some goals.

Well, boyle was the only player rumored to boston today. So I got my hopes up... **** eklund.

But yeah, what I wanted to see was Tanguay in a boston uniform, but calgary came out and said they werent trading him. As long as we pick up a good winger, KEEP KESSEL, and Hossa does not go to the canadiens, it should be a good deadline for the bruins.

I don't bother visiting Ecklund's website. 98% of his rumors aren't true.

I'm in the same boat as you in regards to Tuomo Ruutu coming to Pittsburgh. Rumors have the Pens and Blawkhawks talking and I'm hoping he makes it here.

Yeah, I liked eklunds old blog. It was mysterious in a way and even if some of his rumors were wrong, it was fun to read. His new site sucks, I swear, everytime I go there it is him telling a story about his plane ride, and how forsberg might comeback!!!!!!!

Alright, thats it, I am going to drive myself crazy if I keep refreshing tsn. Hopefully tommorow, many trades go down, and it is a good deadline.

No thanks to McKee to the Pens. Not worth the 4 million a season. I'm still hoping for Tuomo Ruutu but it's unlikely.
