Blake Wheeler rejected an offer from the Phoenix Coyotes and is set to become a UFA. This should be interesting in terms of who's going after this kid and who ends up getting him, should be like the Brunnstrom sweepstakes v2.0.

Many are saying the only reason they think he could take less money to play for another team is to go back home to Minny, which sounds reasonable. If I were the Leafs he's definitely worth a look. We've got plenty of time, and Kulemin/Wheeler in terms of the physicality and battling down low would be intense to say the least.
