He`s been out for most of the season due to "personal reasons" but I can't find what the personal reasons are.

I wandered over to a Lightning message board and even they don't know. He left voluntarily, Lightning faithful have been speculating things like addictions, but going into rehab is a difficult thing to keep this quiet and secretive.
