Check post 1 in this thread for all the rules.
Check post 2 for the draft order for all 21 rounds.

The draft can begin anytime with wreckedangle(ular) picking first. However the 12 hour time limit will not come into effect for draft picks until Tuesday August 4th 2009 at 12pm EST (noon).

p.s. Dan it's a new league. Last year means nothing. and some books are already out, Pat can buy them if he needs to.

So what are the official parameters of the league? I sure hope we decided against face offs lol as it only benefits the already deepest position in the league. Also, no max moves allows for people to rig the playoffs. Either way should be fun! Just my 2 cents. What site are we going to use?

Sorry about all the questions... just 2 quick ones on trades.

1. What are the rules for trading in the league? Are we going on the honour system, commish approval, league approval?

2. Can we trade future draft picks?

3. Can we make trades / FA pick ups during the off-season?

that was 3 questions lol

1. as mentioned in the first post...trades are voted on by the league not the commish.

2. also as mentioned in the first post...yes you can trade draft picks...i.e. picks for picks, players for picks...whatever

3. you can make trades in the offseason but not FA pickups as those players will be left in the pool for the next draft.
