Hey guys
Just board and wondering what you guys think about this trade.
Chi trades AC, Ball and Ports own pick owed to chi
For
Brodgen and Williams.
Why for Portland: they can either flip AC or have the best defensive wing combo with Thybulle and AC, get there pick back and get Cap relief after next season for Ball.
Why for the Bulls: they get an above average starter PG in Brodgen which moves Ayo to the bench which will strengthen it up and a defensive gun what will upgrade the 4 spot pushing Williams to the 3.
Thoughts?

Re: Portland and Chicago
Id be willing to trade Brogdon to the Bulls, but this isn't the right trade....
In looking at roster/salaries, I think a third team would be needed

Re: Portland and Chicago
Brogdon's the wrong Blazer to trade to the Bulls, he's not enough better than Coby White to justify paying any assets for the upgrade, plus he's like 8 years older and gets paid twice as much.
And I doubt either team is really interested in swapping the knee injuries, Time Lord is maybe a better player but they both have tons of question marks.

This is a yes from this Portland fan. I like AC either for us or to flip, we get our pick back, and we actually save a little money.

Re: Portland and Chicago
This is pretty lopsided in the Portland favor IMO.
If the did Bulls want to compete, they probably do not trade Caruso.

Re: Portland and Chicago
Brogdan is not the move for the Bulls. I guess you have a blind spot for a guy named Zach Lavine. He's still not a SF so does Brogdan start next to Lavine and you've got White and Dosunmu coming off the bench? Oh you're trading Lavine but you don't say where or for who.
So you're moving DeRozan out and extending Patrick Williams, keeping Vucevic and starting Robert Williams III at the 4.
swing and a miss
